New legal scheme for agricultural sector

Agricultural law specialists Darbys Solicitors LLP is launching an innovative new legal scheme at this year’s CLA Game Fair at Blenheim Palace, where it will be exhibiting at stand F1042.

Entitled GREEN, the legal resource is specifically designed for the agricultural sector including farmers, estate managers and landowners.

This means that those who join the scheme can just pick up the telephone to ask a specialist a legal enquiry free of charge.

Darbys is a full-service law firm based in Oxford, with experts in business, property, landlord and tenant, tax and trusts, health, safety and employment and equine and transport law.

Its clients range from investors adding to their portfolios to tenant farmers and landed estates who have been using the team’s extensive knowledge and expertise for many years.

Samantha Leigh, Head of the Agricultural team at Darbys, says: “We are inviting CLA Game Fair visitors to join our innovative Green scheme and want as many people to know about it, whether they be farmers, estate managers or land owners of any kind.

“Joining is simple and can be done at our stand where our team of experienced lawyers will also be available to discuss any legal issues visitors might have. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming them during the three days.”

Everyone who joins will be entered in to a prize draw to win a clay-pigeon shooting lesson or an exclusive food hamper. In addition to the Darbys' ‘legal eagles’, a live eagle will be on the stand on the Saturday for everyone to enjoy.
